Crush 40 - The Thrill Of The Feel

At the age of fifteen Jun got his first electric guitar. To learn the guitar option to rock at some radio station. After graduating from College (in 1993), Jun joined SEGA as a music composer and sound director for the music of the Sonic games and other videogames from Sega. He wrote hard rock songs with singers like: Eric Martin (Mister Big), Tony Harnell (TNT), Ted Poley (Melodica, Danger Danger) and Paul Shortino (Rough Cutt). Jun has also released several albums in Japan. Jun have never seen so great musician like Johnny Gioeli and he see his Debut "Double Eclipse" in 1992 and he dreamt of a teaming up with Johnny. Through the guitarist of Whitesnake, Doug Aldrich, he was able to contact Johnny Gioeli. So they kept in contact and recorded their first song "Open your heart" and second song "Live & Learn". "Live & Learn" was the result of the Band, an old fashioned hard rock song but newly produced in a modern way.

Johnny & Jun - The real dream-team!
This was the beginning of a long relationship between Jun and Johnny. They really like to work together and built up a close friendship.

Insider News: Crush 40 makes music for some games for Sega. Crush 40 previously known "Sons of Angels" is a originally project for Sega. Jun Senoue and Johnny Gioeli have written and performed great songs for sonic games from Sonic adventures. They have their own self titled album with excellent rock-tracks makes for adventures from Sonic. When they're together work in their recording studio they love it to eat Chicken wraps!
